Pricing

The cost of embroidered clothing is made up of the following:
· Cost of garments
· Design origination and the digitisation of the text or logo. This is also called the set up charge 
· A per garment charge for the embroidery 
· Any delivery charge 
· V.A.T. - when applicable

· Cost of Garments
The price of each garment is as quoted in our online catalogue. For larger orders discounts can be negotiated. Samples of garments can be supplied but will be charged for whether or not you proceed with an order.

· Design, Origination & Digitisation 
Designs using our standard text fonts only are free of any set up charges, but those with unusual fonts are chargeable.
For logos the cost of digitisation varies with the complexity of the design and will normally be in the region of £10 to £50. This is a one off charge. You can send your artwork to us by email in a jpg format for PC, alternatively you can post it. The digitised design will then be kept on file for use at any time in the future. You will be advised of the cost before we commence work.
Should you not already have a logo and would like us to design one, we would be only too happy to get our designer to work with you and create one. Charges would be in the region of £75 but do not forget you can then use the logo on your stationery, vehicles and signage to enhance your image.

· The per Garment Charge 
Embroidery charge is £2.95 per garment up to a maximum of 8000 stitches in left or right breast position. An embroidery in a second position or designs with more stitches will incur additional charges. If you would like to add individual names to garments we would be happy to quote for this. We occasionally embroider onto garments not supplied by us and a quotation will be given subject to sight of the garments.

· Delivery 
There is a delivery charge of £9.00 per order, alternatively you are welcome to collect your order.
Goods are normally despatched using a national carrier on a standard service. Small parcels are sent Royal Mail post at a reduced cost. Special rates will apply for remote areas and offshore islands.

· V.A.T.
V.A.T. is added at the current rate prevailing. Childrenswear does not currently attract V.A.T.

· No Minimum Order
There is no minimum order charge. We are happy to produce from one item upwards.
